I am not a techy person by nature. However, I have to use technology quite a bit. Too often, I spent lots of time and pain figuring out how to complete a technical process then completely forget it for a later time. When I created 'Manuals' for myself, computer glitches and my inability to remember how to find files left me at square one.
After much pain, I decided to put my self 'manuals' online where I could find them anytime in the future.
