The UpWork platform may archive freelancers in an 'Archived' list for different reasons that include when you remove them from your main list of job candidates and when candidates decline your job offer (or essentially has 'archived' your job).
Take the following steps to find this 'Archived' list in UpWork.
- Engage the 'Jobs' dropdown menu (in the top menu)
- Select 'All Jobs' (from the 'Jobs' dropdown menu)
- Click the link of the related job
- Click 'Review Proposals: Shortlisted'. A submenu should appear.
- Select 'Archived'
