When traveling, you can continue to pay your Flow telephone bills online. Unfortunately, if you do not have access to a land line phone, bill payment will not be possible via Flow's toll free number (800-804-2994). In fact, the toll free number will not even work on Skype. In light of these common circumstances, the process below is a great workaround to maintain monthly payments while traveling.

- Log in to your account. This example uses the Barbados case. For other countries, use the country-specific webpage. If you have difficulty remembering usernames, you can use your main business email address. You can request this setting.
- Select 'by account'
- Click 'pay'
- Tick 'select account' next to all relevant accounts against which you wish to make payment
- Click 'next'
- Enter your credit card details then click 'next' and 'submit'
- If completed successfully, the top of the page will read 'payment approved' as pictured below.
- Check the inbox of your registered email for the confirmation.
